We've developed an Integrated Planning Process to facilitate the design and planning of a project.  Using this protocol is particularly effective at insuring that nothing gets left out and everything is discussed with the client so that the client has the opportunity to be presented with all of the realistic options and make an informed choice on every aspect of the project.
